06:13 AM EDT, 08/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Alkemy Capital Investments (ALK.L) will issue 51,887 shares to convert the principal and interest amounts of a loan following a conversion notice from an undisclosed debt facility provider. The London-listed investment vehicle said Tuesday that the principal amount was 106,416.66 pounds sterling, while the interest amount was worth 17,313.97 pounds. Admission of the shares on the main market of the London bourse is expected on Friday.
