Zhitong Finance App News, Juhe Materials (688503.SH) announced that the company plans to join Shanghai Guoju Tonghui Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership) (“Guoju Tonghui”) with its own capital as a limited partner and pledged an additional investment of 500 million yuan. The related party, Shanghai Juhe Zhiyuan Technology Development Co., Ltd. (“Juhe Zhiyuan” for short), plans to simultaneously pay an additional investment of 170 million yuan.
