09:44 AM EDT, 08/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Watania International (DFM:WATANIA) said Tuesday its profit after tax and takaful revenue for the first half increased year over year. Profit after tax for the six months ended June 30 was 11 million Emirati dirhams, compared with 5.4 million dirhams. EPS moved to 0.042 dirham from 0.021 dirham. The Dubai-listed investment holding company's takaful revenue was 450.6 million dirhams, compared with 388.9 million dirhams a year ago.
