(SASE:2001), d/b/a Chemanol, said Tuesday it is unable to publish its first-half results by the statutory deadline due to a delay in the audit and review of the report. The methanol producer attributed the delay to the late filing of its full-year 2025 and first-quarter 2026 financial statements. It added that it is working with its external auditor to finalize the interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026, and expects to publish the report within 20 trading sessions. The company's securities were suspended from trading on the Saudi Exchange, in line with listing rules.
