Essex Three-Twelve completed the sale of 3141 N. Oakley Ave., a turnkey three-unit multifamily property located in Chicago’s Roscoe Village neighborhood.

The property sold for $1.24 million, with Essex Three-Twelve Director Mitir Patel representing the seller. Turnkey three-unit properties are rarely available in Roscoe Village, where strong demand and limited inventory continue to create a competitive environment for well-located multifamily assets. Roscoe Village offers access to restaurants and retail, convenient transportation options, and proximity to many of the North Side’s most popular destinations.

Essex Three-Twelve generated three offers, including two competing offers, and ultimately secured a full-asking-price offer. “Our goal from the beginning was to maximize the seller’s sale price while strategically exposing the property to the right buyers,” said Patel. “Turnkey three-unit buildings in Roscoe Village don’t become available often, and we knew there would be strong demand.”
