11:15 PM EDT, 08/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Aljazira REIT (SASE:4331) said Tuesday that net income for the first half fell, while total income remained flat year over year. Net income for the six months ended June 30 was 2.2 million Saudi riyals, compared with 5 million riyals earlier. EPS moved to 0.1826 riyal from 0.4211 riyal. The Tadawul-listed real estate investment trust's total income remained flat at 3.4 million riyals.
