11:44 PM EDT, 08/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Jensen-Group (JEN.BR) agreed to boost its shareholding in industrial laundry-focused engineering and machinery development company Inwatec ApS to 100% from 70%. The Belgian industrial machinery company will buy the remaining stake in the business for 11.7 million euros, with the purchase price to be satisfied through a combination of shares and cash, according to a Tuesday release. The deal also includes a potential earn-out of up to 2.4 million euros. Jensen-Group noted that the acquisition will not have a significant impact on its consolidated revenue.
