02:24 AM EDT, 08/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Skanska (SKA-B.ST) said Wednesday it secured a $68 million additional contract with UNC Health for a new medical office building and parking deck in North Carolina, US. The project marks the start of a new greenfield medical campus and includes a six-floor, 17,700-square-meter medical office building and an 890-space parking deck. The development began in June 2026 and is expected to be completed in April 2028.
