03:23 AM EDT, 08/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden (SBB-B.ST, SBB-D.ST) agreed to sell its entire stake in Studentbostäder i Norden while increasing its shareholding in KlaraBo Sverige and Arlandastad Group. The Swedish property company said Wednesday it expects the transactions to have a positive net accounting effect of over 100 million kronor and generate 50 million kronor in cash proceeds. The transaction aligns with SBB's strategy to focus on core holdings, simplify the portfolio, and improve financial flexibility.
