Based on current available data and a preliminary assessment of the Group's unaudited comprehensive management accounts for the reporting period, the Company expects the profit attributable to the Company's owners during the reporting period to be approximately RMB 252 million to RMB 278 million, a decrease of about 25.9% to 18.1% compared with the same period in 2025; after excluding the Group's one-time receipt of management fees and supply chain losses for the previous year under the Yanhua IOT Agreement in 2025, the owner of the Company is approximately RMB 210 million (compensation in the Yanhua case) and corresponding corporate income tax Profit attributable increased by about 36.2% to 50.6% compared to the same period in 2025.

Excluding compensation payments in the Yanhua case in the same period in 2025 and the corresponding corporate income tax impact, the expected profit increase is mainly due to the increase in profit contributions from the Company's member hospitals. It is due to the Group's efforts to anchor the core goals of improving quality and efficiency, optimize the cost structure, and continuously improve operation and management efficiency. During the reporting period, the Group's outpatient emergency treatment volume, hospitalization volume and proportion of grade 3 and 4 surgeries increased, and medical insurance management was further refined. The Group will continue to actively improve its revenue structure in the second half of 2026, strengthen the daily operation management of member hospitals, and promote service quality and operational efficiency. The Group will continue to explore smart health services while actively responding to changes in the external environment and building a comprehensive medical infrastructure.
