08:19 AM EDT, 08/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Wirtek (WIRTEK.CO) agreed to acquire Danish software-as-a-service company DitaExchange, including its US subsidiary Dita Exchange, according to a Wednesday release. Upon deal closing, which occurred the same day, the information technology consultancy company paid 6 million Danish kroner in cash, with an additional earn-out tied to DitaExchange's annual recurring revenue for financial years 2026 to 2028. The nonbinding agreement for the acquisition was announced on June 11.
