The total cost is RMB 149.3 million. This plot refers to JD134-13-02 plot in Xinmin Luotang Area, Huicheng District, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, China.
The Group has been actively expanding its existing engineering and manufacturing capabilities, including investing in precision manufacturing, automation and related engineering technology to support existing customers and expand the market to new product applications in various industries. These initiatives are in line with the Group's long-term development position and business strategy as an “integrated advanced manufacturing platform”. Under this strategic framework, the Group is developing new semi-solid magnesium alloy injection molding (Magnesium Thixomolding) technology to further expand its capabilities in advanced materials and lightweight manufacturing.
The Group has recently acquired land use rights on this plot through its subsidiary to build new manufacturing facilities, including but not limited to factories and employee dormitories.
