Effective August 7, 2026, the Board of Directors (the "Board") of YETI Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") appointed Matthew J. Reintjes, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and a member of the Board, to the additional position of Chair of the Board. Robert K. Shearer, who was serving as independent Chair of the Board, has transitioned to serve as Lead Independent Director of the Board.
