01:40 AM EDT, 08/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Morrow Bank (MORROW.ST) said in its second-quarter update on Thursday that it completed the acquisition of MedMera Bank on July 1 as planned. The consolidation of the acquired bank is set to commence in the third quarter. The acquisition increased Sweden-listed Morrow Bank's loan book by 65%.
