02:45 AM EDT, 08/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- SWI Capital Holding (SWICH.AS) completed the acquisition of a 70% stake in digital infrastructure company Genesis Digital Assets. The investment group said Thursday that it plans to rebrand Genesis Digital to SWI Digital.
