02:58 AM EDT, 08/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Aeorema Communications (AEO.L) will launch a share repurchase program on Thursday as part of its plan to reduce its share capital. The share repurchase program will run until either 471,775 ordinary shares are repurchased or the date of the company's 2027 annual general meeting, according to a same-day filing. It will be funded from existing surplus cash resources. The strategic communications company tapped Shard Capital Partners to manage the program and plans to cancel all the bought-back shares.
