05:04 AM EDT, 08/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Shaires Holdings (SHR.L) said Thursday it agreed a $5 million commitment to invest in China-based artificial intelligence company Moonshot AI. The technology and AI investor will invest through a subscription in a special purpose vehicle in ADGM, Abu Dhabi's international financial center, in the United Arab Emirates. The investment will result in an indirect economic interest of 0.016% in Moonshot's equity.
