05:06 AM EDT, 08/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- London-listed investment group Shaires Holdings (SHR.L) invested $15 million in TikTok-owner ByteDance's series B preferred shares, according to a Thursday filing. The investment gives Shaires a 0.003% indirect equity stake in the technology group. Subject to customary closing conditions, the transaction is expected to close in two weeks.
