06:34 AM EDT, 08/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- London-listed video games developer TinyBuild (TBLD.L) said Thursday it took legal action against Max Ent Games due to unpaid royalties tied to the game Smalland. The lawsuit, filed in the US Court for the Western District of Washington, alleges that Max owes TinyBuild more than $1.9 million, excluding interest and legal costs. Max acknowledged that royalties are due, but the parties disagree on how they should be calculated.
