Mærsk Launches Second Share Buyback of Up to DKK3.15 Billion

09:07 AM EDT, 08/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- A.P. Møller - Mærsk (MAERSK-A.CO) on Thursday kicked off the repurchase of up to 3.15 billion Danish kroner of shares for the second tranche of its 6.3 billion-kroner buyback program. The company will repurchase a maximum of 350,000 A-shares and 1,400,000 B-shares until Jan. 29, 2027. Nordea was appointed lead manager for the second phase of the share buyback program.
