The Company’s CEO stated, “[o]ur second quarter was adversely impacted by $43 million due to the operational suspension of both of our rigs in Brazil.” Additionally, Noble significantly lowered its full-year 2026 adjusted EBITDA guidance. On this news, Noble’s stock price fell $3.91 per share, or 9.07%, to close at $39.20 per share on July 28, 2026.
