01:29 AM EDT, 08/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Sirma Group (SIRM.F) said Thursday it agreed to buy a 51% stake in Australian supply chain and logistics technology specialist Jucari Global. The enterprise software company said the transaction is in line with the expansion of its global supply chain and logistics business and will strengthen its position in the Asia-Pacific region. Completion is subject to certain conditions.
