02:02 AM EDT, 08/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Ringmetall (HP3A.F) said Friday it acquired a 75.1% stake in Tesseraux, a South Africa-based special packaging company, for an undisclosed sum. The German specialist industrial packaging supplier also agreed to a call option for the remaining 24.9% interest in the company. Tesseraux produces bag-in-box systems for the wine, juice, and system catering industries.
