03:58 AM EDT, 08/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Independent technology group Cohort (CHRT.L) said Friday its German subsidiary Elac won a 140.7 million-euro contract to deliver integrated sonar systems for the Polish Orka Submarine Program. The deliveries will be made in collaboration with Saab (SAAB-B.ST) until the mid-2030s, with work expected to start immediately. The contract is expected to bolster the company's adjusted EPS, starting from the next fiscal year.
