According to the Zhitong Finance App, Qingcheng New Pharmaceutical-B (02396) issued an announcement. In view of the “Guidelines”, the board of directors has reviewed and approved the conversion of domestic shares held by participating shareholders to H shares (H shares) and the listing and circulation of such H shares on the main board of the Stock Exchange (full circulation of H shares). After obtaining all relevant approvals (including filing notices from the China Securities Regulatory Commission and approval from the Stock Exchange) and complying with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, 21,681,762 domestic shares will be converted to H shares, and the Company will apply to the Stock Exchange to list and trade such H shares on the main board of the Stock Exchange.

The proposed application for full circulation of the Company's unlisted shares is subject to review and approval by the Company's shareholders (shareholders) at the Company's 2nd Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting (EGM) on September 4, 2026 (Friday) before it can be implemented.

The participating shareholders have agreed to grant the board of directors and its authorized persons the power to apply for full circulation of H shares from the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the Stock Exchange and other relevant regulators, and to handle matters relating to the full circulation of H shares.

The proposal to grant the board of directors and its authorized persons powers to handle matters relating to applications for full circulation of the Company's unlisted shares is subject to shareholders' review and approval at the upcoming extraordinary shareholders' meeting before it can be implemented.
