02:15 AM EDT, 08/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- BinDawood Holding (SASE:4161) said Sunday that its Juust & Jubn OÜ subsidiary will buy dairy production company AS E-Piim Tootmine's assets for 135.3 million euros. The transaction, which was secured via a bid, involves AS E-Piim Tootmine's dairy production and packaging factory and operations in Paide and Põltsamaa, Estonia. The grocery retailer said that the deal aims to expand its segments, revenue streams, and food production capability. Closing of the acquisition is subject to conditions, such as entering into agreements, the finalization of the auction process, and regulatory clearances.
