As the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) has notified that The Brooker Group Public Company Limited (BTC) was classified as the Investment Company which should be rectified within August 14, 2026. (The details as shown in news on August 15, 2024). BTC has submitted the financial statements Q2/2026, ending June 30, 2026, within the period for rectification and notes no. 30 showed that the proportion of investments has decreased until the company is not the Investment Company. ______________________________________________________________________
