12:02 AM EDT, 08/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Italy-listed Technoprobe (TPRO.MI) said on Aug. 14 that all conditions required to establish a strategic partnership in China have been met. A local partner is investing $35 million for a 30% stake in Nexprobe Semiconductor (Shanghai) Co., a company wholly owned by probe cards maker Technoprobe. The company said the move is part of its strategy to strengthen its presence in China, protect its intellectual property in that market, and expand its customer base.
