01:44 AM EDT, 08/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- United Securities LLC revised its price target for Riyad Bank (SASE:1010) as analysts took note of the Tadawul-listed lender's revised full-year 2026 guidance alongside the release of its second-quarter results. "Riyad Bank's net income exceeded our estimates, while management revised the guidance downwards across three of the six parameters, including loan growth, cost of risk and [net interest margins]," according to a Sunday note. "We maintain our BUY rating and revise the target price to SAR 24/share, driven by the change in guidance, despite earnings beat." The bank updated its loan and net special commission income growth guidance to mid- to high-single-digit from the previous target of high-single-digit, while its return on equity outlook was revised to above 15.75% from the prior goal of above 16%. For the second quarter, Riyad Bank reported a 4.8% year-over-year increase in its operating income to 4.74 billion Saudi riyals, below the research firm's estimates. Meanwhile, net income came in at 2.65 billion riyals, up 2% on an annual basis and exceeding United Securities' estimate of 2.4 billion riyals.
