Atari Issues New Shares to Refinance Loans, Boost Capital

03:26 AM EDT, 08/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Atari (ALATA.PA) issued a total of 821,499 shares to refinance loans, as well as boost its capital via a cash subscription, according to a Monday release. Five of the loans, which totaled 10.3 million euros, were granted to Irata, the holding company of its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Wade Rosen, between the period of August 2025 and July 2026. Meanwhile, the rest of the loans, worth 5.6 million euros, were signed with private financial partners. Additionally, the Paris-listed video game developer said that the reserved capital increase raised 3.8 million euros, increasing its share capital to 7.5 million euros. Admission of the new shares to Euronext Growth Paris is expected in the coming days.
