04:34 AM EDT, 08/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- First Class Metals (FCM.L) lodged an application with OTC Markets Group for the quotation of its ordinary shares on the OTCID basic market as an international reporting company. The gold and critical metals exploration company's shares will remain listed on the London stock exchange, according to a Monday release. The OTCID quotation process is expected to be completed in six to eight weeks, pending OTC Markets approval. First Class Metals expects the move to widen access for US investors to trading in its shares.
