ORLANDO, Fla., Aug. 17, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Continuing recent trends, Florida's housing market posted more closed sales and increased new pending sales for existing single-family homes and existing condo-townhomes in July 2026 compared to a year ago, according to Florida Realtors^®' latest housing report. Pending inventory levels also showed gains year-over-year, while the median sales price rose for single-family homes and remained the same for condo-townhouse properties.
