01:30 AM EDT, 08/18/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Retal Urban Development (SASE:4322) said Tuesday its subsidiary Building and Construction Co. won a building services works contract for the Remal Business Court project in Al Khobar city, Saudi Arabia. The contract, valued at 268 million riyals, covers the design and execution of building services for 12 months. The real estate development company said it expects the contract to have a positive impact on its results for 2026 and 2027.
