01:47 AM EDT, 08/18/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Netum Group (NETUM.HE) said Tuesday it will hold change negotiations, starting Aug. 24, with administrative employees of the holding company and at one subsidiary under the Netum Solutions business area. The IT service group will speak with 30 people at its Netum Ltd. subsidiary, noting that the talks may result in the layoff of up to nine staff or changes to employment arrangements. The discussions are part of efforts to streamline administration within the group, with client-facing roles exempted from the talks. From the initiative, Netum expects 350,000 euros in total savings by the end of 2026.
