02:41 AM EDT, 08/18/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Huddled Group (HUD.L) formed a joint venture with Aeww, which operates the AE Stores channel on digital marketplace Whatnot. Under the partnership, the companies will accelerate growth in live auctions under the e-commerce group's Peeko brand, according to a Tuesday filing. Aeww's AE Stores will be rebranded as Peeko Gadgets and brought into the venture alongside the existing Peeko stores. The joint venture will focus exclusively on the Whatnot platform.
