05:08 AM EDT, 08/18/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Metlen Energy & Metals (MTLN.L) said Tuesday it purchased Greek energy software company Joule, which developed the jHub platform for the management of renewable energy and storage assets. The London-listed industrial and energy company said the transaction supports its digital transformation and opens up opportunities for new digital energy services with the inclusion of jHub.
