05:26 AM EDT, 08/18/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Salix Group (SALIX.ST) agreed to buy Swedish industrial fasteners supplier Arvid Nilsson, according to a Tuesday release. Arvid Nilsson will operate as an independent sister company to retail fastenings business Heco within Salix's consumables trade and agriculture division. The Nordic business-to-business trade and distribution platform Salix will use existing credit facilities to fund the acquisition, which is expected to close in the third quarter.
