According to the Zhitong Finance App, Baidu Group - SW (09888) announced the second quarter results for the three months ended June 30, 2026. The group obtained revenue of RMB 31.325 billion (same unit), a year-on-year decrease of 4.24%; net profit attributable to Baidu was RMB 2,319 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 68.33%; and the basic income per share of American Depositary Shares was 6.08 yuan.

“As the new AI business is firmly established as Baidu's core business, we are further consolidating the foundation and preparing for the next phase of AI-driven growth. Intelligent cloud infrastructure maintained a strong momentum this quarter, and GPU cloud business growth accelerated further on an already high base. Our AI application product portfolio also continues to flourish, with more powerful functions and increasingly diverse application scenarios. Radish Express is making steady progress in its global expansion, while further strengthening safety and operational capabilities, and improving the passenger experience.” Li Yanhong, co-founder and CEO of Baidu, said, “Although our online marketing business is still under pressure, the growth momentum of our new core AI business further confirms Baidu's transformation from an Internet-centered company to an AI-first company, and strengthens our confidence in long-term growth potential.”
