According to the Zhitong Finance App, Coolpad Group (02369) issued an announcement comparing the losses attributable to company owners of about HK$80.3 million in the six months ended June 30, 2025. The amount of loss attributable to company owners for the six months ending June 30, 2026 is estimated to be between about HK$54 million to HK$60 million.

The projected losses for the medium term have narrowed compared to the previous period. The main reasons are: (a) the Group's administrative and other expenses for the medium term decreased by about HK$27.5 million compared to the amount restated in the previous period, mainly due to the Group's implementation of strategic cost control measures, optimization of resource allocation and strengthening of budget restraint mechanisms; (b) the Group's other income and net profit or loss for the medium term increased by approximately HK$9.7 million compared to the amount restated in the previous period, mainly due to no loss of termination of leases and loss of sale of subsidiaries in the medium term.
