10:44 AM EDT, 08/18/2026 (MT Newswires) -- (Corrects company name in first paragraph) GCP Infrastructure Investments (GCP.L) said Monday it received 31.5 million pounds sterling after a borrower fully repaid a loan secured against a portfolio of operational UK renewable energy projects. The loan, originally due to mature in June 2035, was repaid early following a change of control. The closed-ended investment company plans to use the proceeds under its capital allocation policy, including share buybacks where excess cash is available.
