PETALING JAYA: ITMAX System Bhd has been awarded a RM186.8mil contract from the Social Security Organisation (Perkeso) to develop, integrate, deploy, operate and maintain Perkeso’s artificial intelligence (AI)-powered Employment Portal.

In a statement, the AI-powered integrated digital infrastructure service provider said the contract carries a five-year tenure, commencing on Sept 1, 2026.

ITMAX System managing director and chief executive officer William Tan Wei Lun said the project represents an extension of its existing AI and digital platform capabilities into a new vertical.

“The scope goes well beyond the development of a conventional portal, encompassing system and data integration, AI-based matching, cloud services and cybersecurity,” he said.
