01:48 AM EDT, 08/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Arabian Centres Co. (SASE:4321), d/b/a Cenomi Centers, signed a promise to lease agreement with Saudi Downtown to lease and operate a shopping mall in the Al Madinah Downtown project. The agreement has a three-year term and will be followed by a 25-year lease and operation agreement for the project upon its completion, according to a Wednesday filing from the developer. Saudi Downtown is a company of Saudi Arabia's sovereign wealth fund, Public Investment Fund.
