01:54 AM EDT, 08/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- EFG International (EFGN.SW) agreed to sell the front office teams and client assets of its wealth management services business, Harris Allday, to Canaccord Wealth. The target company is part of the Swiss lender's British unit, EFG Private Bank, with assets under management of 3.1 billion pounds sterling, according to a Wednesday release. Expected to close in the fourth quarter, the deal will have a positive impact of 20 million francs on EFG International's pretax profit for the second half. Post sale, EFG International's UK division will target its core business in wealth management and private banking.
