02:04 AM EDT, 08/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Sedana Medical (SEDANA.ST) said Wednesday the US Food and Drug Administration accepted for review its new drug application to administer isoflurane through the Sedana Medical ACD Delivery System. The application covers the method of administering the sedative via inhalation to mechanically ventilated adult patients in intensive care units. The medical technology and pharmaceutical company supported the application with data from medical trials, including Inspire ICU-1 and Inspire ICU-2.
