02:07 AM EDT, 08/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Arabian Centres Co. (SASE:4321), d/b/a Cenomi Centers, said Wednesday that it secured a three-year contract to deliver development management services. Under the agreement with the Public Investment Fund's Saudi Downtown unit, the real estate developer will plan, engage consultants and contractors, as well as manage the design and construction of the Al Madinah Downtown project's retail and shopping mall elements. The company added that the contract, which was valued at more than 5% of its 2025 revenue, can be extended by two years.
