03:47 AM EDT, 08/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Nostrum Oil & Gas PLC's (NOG.L) tender offer for senior secured notes was extended to Sept. 2 from Aug. 21, according to a Wednesday filing. The independent energy company expects the extension to provide eligible noteholders additional time to consider the offer following a recently announced agreement to sell its Kazakhstan business, which may represent a "material change" affecting the tender. The remaining terms and conditions of the tender offer are unchanged.
