03:51 AM EDT, 08/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Henry Boot (BOOT.L) unit HBD signed leases for 404,100 square feet of industrial and logistics space in the UK across its Origin joint venture with Feldberg Capital. Logistics business Relay Tech leased 250,000 square feet and an unnamed energy supplier took 18,300 square feet at Spark in Walsall, while online wine retailer Virgin Wines took 82,000 square feet at Aptus in Preston, the British property developer said Wednesday. Further, 53,800 square feet at Markham Vale in Derbyshire were pre-leased to a manufacturing business.
