Kesla Unit, Avant Power Sign Letter of Intent for Defense Energy Cooperation

05:03 AM EDT, 08/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Kesla (KELAS.HE) unit Kesla Defence and Avant Power signed a letter of intent to develop mobile energy solutions for defense applications, according to a Wednesday release. Kesla Defence will provide its Kerberos multipurpose trailer, while Avant Power will provide its OptiTemp Cube TER47 mobile battery units. The Kerberos trailer can transport up to eight TER47 units and support field recharging, among others. The Finnish machine engineering company said the collaboration will allow defense organizations to deliver energy from logistics hubs to operational units and reduce dependence on traditional energy supply chains.
