Haleon Reports US Subsidiary's Notes Tender Offer Results

05:50 AM EDT, 08/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Haleon's (HLN.L) Haleon US Capital subsidiary received tenders for $1.34 billion under its tender offer for $2 billion of 3.375% fixed-rate senior notes due 2027, according to a Wednesday release. Under the tender offer, which expired Tuesday, Haleon US Capital will pay $996.23 per $1,000 principal amount tendered. The notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by the British consumer healthcare company. The consummation of the tender offer is subject to the settlement of the company's recently announced USD-denominated senior fixed-rate notes offering. The company expects to settle the notes on Friday, which is also expected to be the settlement date for the tender offer.
