06:42 AM EDT, 08/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- CapMan (CAPMAN.HE) said Wednesday that its CapMan Nordic Real Estate III Fund divested an apartment project in Aarhus, Denmark, that it jointly developed with Danish real estate developer Nordstern. Danish pension fund Lærernes Pension acquired the recently completed project comprising 209 fully let apartments and 63 parking spaces. The transaction marks the fifth successful exit for the fund, the Nordic private asset manager added.
